Hello, my name is Alexis.
My journey began back in the year 2016. I lost my way and the light that is VMS brought me back to my right path. I started as a kennel technician. Learning the ways of the trade, I worked my way up to greatness. Thinking I knew all I needed (found out I did not) I set off to Florence to gain more experience in kennels and eventually worked my way up the veterinary technician food chain. Once making veterinary technician status there was no looking back. I’ve not only gained experience in day practice, I also did 3 years of emergency. That was probably the toughest 3 years to date. After being gone from VMS for 6 years and gaining all the experience and knowledge I know now, it was time to come home. VMS took me back with open arms and I couldn’t be happier! I have 4 dogs, Sadie, Aster, Julia, and Roxanne. I also have a 3 legged cat named Dabs.
